Operation of the Nagano custom order page:

  • Productions 2026;
    • The first production will be launched on March 1st to ensure a first delivery by mid-May. So please place your order before the evening of February 28th.
  • Subsequently, we will compile all orders from each month of your order to launch production on the first day of the following month. Unlike competitors, the site will therefore be open year-round, with no minimum to start a production.

  • Approximate order receipt date: 6-8 weeks after the start of production. (First day of the month following your order if your order is placed after October 1st)
  • Enter the athlete's name in the “Special order instructions” on the cart page to better distribute the orders.
  • Each order will be delivered directly to your home for a fixed fee of $15 per order, identified in the name of each athlete.

EXAMPLE:

  • Custom clothing order placed on October 18 2025 on the online store.
    • Production start: November 1, 2025
    • Approximate receipt date: December 5 to 15 2025 (6 weeks)
