Operation of the Nagano Skate custom order page: 

  • Productions 2025;
    • The first production will be launched on October 1 to ensure a first delivery on November 15. So please place your order before the evening of September 30.
    • 2nd production on October 15, delivery December 1
    • 3rd production on November 1 delivery December 15
  • Subsequently, we will compile all orders from each month of your order to launch production on the 1st day of the following month. Unlike competitors, the site will therefore be open year-round, with no minimum to start production.

  • Approximate receipt date of orders: 6-8 weeks after the start of production. (1st day of the month following your order if your order is placed after October 1)
  • Enter the athlete's name in the “Special order instructions” on the page from the cart to better distribute the orders.
  • Each order will be delivered directly to the Nagano Skate Ice Center shop. In a bag with your name. 

EXAMPLE:

  • Custom clothing order placed on the 18th October 2025 on the online store.
    • Production start: November 1, 2025
    • Approximate receipt date: 05 to 15 December 2025 (6 weeks)
