How the custom orders page of Nagano Skate works: 

  • The first production will be sent on May 8, 2026.
  • Our productions are launched on the 1st day of each month thereafter.
  • We will compile all orders from the month of your order to start production on the 1st day of the following month.
  • Approximate order receipt date: 6 to 8 weeks after the start of production
  • Write the athlete's name in the order notes.
  • DO NOT add other regular items to your order.
  • A shipping fee of $10 will be added on each online order of customized clothing.
  • Each production will be delivered directly to each person's home within the timeframes indicated above.
