Once your spot is paid and confirmed, you will receive at the end of the season a mandatory form to fill out by email. This form must be completed to finalize your athlete's registration.
Cancellation Policy – Camps in Quebec
- $50 non-refundable for any cancellation made more than 30 days before the camp (management and transaction fees).
- No cancellations accepted less than 30 days before the start of the camp.
- In case of a major health issue, please contact us directly.

Prerequisites
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long track speed skating
- Age: 7 years and older
Camp Structure
- General schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM
- Minimum of 2 coaches per group
- 2 on-ice sessions per day
- 2 off-ice sessions per day

1 daily thematic conference
(technique, equipment, strategy, mental preparation, stress management, etc.) - Coaches with Olympic experience
Technical Objectives
- Straight line work: Shuffle, leg return
- Turn work: Positioning and efficiency
- Overtaking techniques (inside/outside)
- Introduction to new race tracks
- Training on decision-making
- Optimization of starting position
- Speed + volume training
- Techniques based on the latest biomechanical research from the Canadian national short track team
