Hydrogel based energy gel made from calcium, electrolytes and carbohydrates. One ready-to-eat serving of GEL 100 (kcal) contains 25 grams of carbohydrates. Maurten GEL 100 is not a syrup, but a biopolymer-matrix that capsulates salt, carbohydrates and water. Can be used before, during and/or after activity.
