This model is used by our staff here at the Nagano Skate Shop for the cleaning services we have to offer. 

All Shapton stones require a very high level of maintenance. Here at Nagano Skate we suggest a cleaning treatment after 4-5 polishing sessions (maximum). This service is offered here at the store.

The purpose of Shapton stones is to continue the sharpening process AFTER the (1200) Nagano gold sheet. The Shapton stones are highly recommended for high-level long track athletes (especially long distance athletes).

The polishing order is: 500 - 1000 - 2000
